Our Story

Aboriginal-Owned.
Independent.
Outcome-Driven.

BC Consulting works alongside Aboriginal people, organisations, and partners to create meaningful change through awareness, education, and opportunity. Founded by Bradlee Commins, BC Consulting grew from Pindarri (established 2007) - a business named after a ceremonial place in Northwest NSW. Over time, Pindarri evolved into BC Consulting, carrying forward the same cultural strength and purpose with broader reach and impact.

What Makes Us Different

We are Aboriginal-owned, managed, and guided by self-determination. We operate with complete independence – no government funding, no outside control, ensuring that every project is led by cultural integrity and genuine intent.

Our founder brings over 40 years of cultural knowledge combined with three university degrees, creating a unique balance of cultural integrity and professional expertise that delivers both cultural authenticity and business outcomes.

Our Purpose

Why We Exist

To increase Aboriginal participation and leadership within the Australian economy by being a trusted provider of choice for all things Aboriginal – including cultural engagement, education, marketing, and infrastructure development.

We create opportunities that strengthen communities, build capability, and promote sustainable growth led by Aboriginal people.

Our Vision

Building a Stronger Future Together

We’re working to strengthen the relationship between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australia. We believe true economic freedom for Aboriginal people comes through genuine goodwill, partnership, and shared intent from the broader community.

Over the next few years, we aim to influence policy, amplify storytelling through our own lens, and build capability and leadership across both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities.
